Meet Reetu Gupta, C.E.O & President at The Gupta Group & The Easton's Group

Reetu Gupta is President and CEO of the Easton’s Group of Hotels, Canada’s largest private hotel development firm and The Gupta Group, as well as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Rogue Insight Capital Ltd.

Born and raised into the world of Real Estate and Hospitality, Reetu has a fiery passion for both industries. After graduating with an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, Reetu’s career quickly progressed from Executive Director to being named President and CEO in 2018. The Easton’s Group of Hotels currently owns a portfolio of over 20 hotels spanning across Canada with 6 more hotels under development.

Wanting to diversify the family holdings, in 2012 Reetu Gupta created and launched The Gupta Group- the residential real estate arm of the company consisting of High Rise Condo multi use developments. Each of the condo projects launched have been award winning
and record breaking in sales. The Gupta Group is currently developing 5 million square feet of mixed-used projects.

Reetu is also the Chief Strategy Officer of Rogue Insight Capital Ltd., a division of The Gupta Group that launched in Fall of 2017 that focuses on angel investing. The Rogue portfolio currently investments across 6 continents, including companies in artificial intelligence,
autonomous vehicles, CleanTech, FinTech, PropTech, human resources, consumer marketplaces, and hospitality.

In June 2017, Reetu was honoured with the distinction of Canada's Top 40 Under 40®. She was the only honouree from the real estate sector and one of just nine women to receive this designation.

In November 2019, Reetu was awarded Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™, BMO Entrepreneur Award. This award was presented by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN). The BMO Entrepreneur Award recognizes female founders who own and operate businesses and bring to the table their bold enthusiasm.

Reetu also sits on several boards and chairs many committees (both corporate and not-forprofit) including the Women in Tourism & Hospitality Conference, the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC), the Ted Rogers School of Management & Hospitality Board, Marriott’s Women Supporting Women Board and the Community Foundation of Mississauga Grants Committee. Reetu is also the Founder and President of The Shakti Society, where she teaches complimentary monthly meditation classes, to empower all individuals with courage and to instill a strong sense of confidence.
